How to make an Appointment

You can book appointments online with Patient Access. Please remember that before you are able to use this service you must register for our online services.

Telephone Consultations and Advice

If you would like advice over the telephone, please call us on 01744 624880 before 11:00 if possible and one of the GPs or the practice nurse will try to return your call the same day.

Extended Opening Hours

Extended hours appointments are additional to our usual surgeries during normal opening hours, extended  hours appointments are booked on the day and patients are seen by the next available GP.

St Helens Rota Extended Access

From Monday 1st July 2019 our Extended Hours will be delivered via St Helens Rota. The appointments will be held at Parkfield Surgery, Lowe House HCRC, 103 Crab Street, WA10 2DJ. To access these appointments please call the surgery during our regular opening hours, and you will be offered an appointment either on Monday 21:00-21:30, or Friday 19:30-20:15.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. You can do this by calling us on 01744 624880.
