Making a complaint

We operate the NHS system for dealing with complaints. If you have a complaint or concern regarding the service you have received from the practice, please let us know by contacting the practice manager or one of the doctors in writing, or by making an appointment to see the practice manager to discuss your complaints in person. We will ensure that your concerns are dealt with promptly.

Although the practice hopes all patients feel comfortable to raise any issues directly with the practice if you have any concerns, feedback or complaints related to Primary Care Services contact:
